We are a passionate group of highly experienced global renewable energy professionals who recognise that the link between the competence of people and operational performance has often been overlooked in a sector that has grown rapidly over the past two decades, leading to significant operational risks and asset underperformance.

This realisation drove us to form a collective of likeminded individuals dedicated to addressing these critical knowledge and competence gaps and acting as a catalyst for change to help embed a ‘continuous learning culture’ within the organisations we support.

The roots of Vi Renewables are grounded in traditional forms of energy generation – thermal, hydro and nuclear – where technical excellence and technical confidence were the norm.

We are committed to translating the valuable lessons from the past into engaging and impactful solutions for today. By adopting new technologies and approaches, we continuously develop innovative solutions to meet the challenges of tomorrow.
